Terms & Conditions

1.      Plant products are non-exchangeable after acceptance of clients. (Including the mosquito problem)

2.       Plants are living creatures.  Please accept and appreciate the variation in colors and shape.

3.       Yellowing Leave is a normal situation, due to the conversion of the environment. Plant takes 1-2 months to adapt a new situation.

4.      A planting fee of HK$ 150 for Floor Plant OR HK$ 40 for Table Plant (per plant) is required to plant in a pot provided by clients.

5.      Clients can only make changes to an order in 24 hours after the order is placed.
